If your child is scared to go to the dentist, because it's there first time don't worry there are trains running around in tracks in the ceiling. Your child will forget about being scared while getting a cleaning etc while being on the chair. It's very cool, and I have not seen anything like that in any dentist. The train runs all over the office, and you get these cool shades for your child while watching tv when getting a cleaning done. The kids have been patients for a little over a year now, and they are really becoming less anxious each time. Of course the trains help :) but it's the patience and gentle care given by not only Dr. Andrew but all the staff as well. The girls up front are excellent about scheduling conflicts and also so helpful with the complicated dental claims. We would highly recommend this office to anyone but especially those with shy or anxious kids.

I recently moved from Hawaii and when I tell you that this office is awesome....IT IS AWESOME. My son is usually terrified of the dentist but the hygienist we had (Stephanie) was great talking to my son and explaining everything. My son cried a bit but was not fighting and my daughter who is 3 had her first visit with no problems at all. Dr. Andrew is great. I felt like all my questions were answered and my family was taken care of. I cant wait to go back in January.

The staff was so pleasant and caring. They went out of their way to be as helpful as they could. They were constantly offering us things from drinks to stickers and stuffed animals for my daughter who was getting the surgery. When it came time to have the procedure done, they wheeled my daughter away and she was happy to go with them. I LOVE taking our kids, ages 6 and 4, to WPD....I seriously cannot rave enough about this place. Each and every staff member is super friendly and kind. We feel like family when we come here, and that is important for us, being military. They always welcome us with open arms and smiles. The office itself is extremely clean, neat and organized and there is even a tiny toilet and sink in the bathroom for the little ones. I LOVE Watertown Pediatric. They remembered all four of my kids names, likes, and dislikes, even though it had been a full six months since our last visit. My kids love going, and especially love the token machine at the end! No dentist fears in our family!

As always, Dr. Andrew and his staff were phenomenal! All 4 of our children love him! Being a military family we have had our fair share of dentists and by far these guys are the best!
