I love Watertown Pediatric Dentistry! My son and I were both nervous during an appointment for my son to have a tooth pulled. Dr Beuttenmuller made my son feel so comfortable that my son did not even know when his tooth was extracted. Great experience. Procedure fully explained. Very friendly office. When you walk in office you are greeted with a smile and feel good feeling. Clean, organized office. My son also loves the TVs in each room.
I was nervous about my children's first dental visits. I am so glad we chose Watertown Pediatric Dentistry! My children were sooo comfortable and all of the staff were amazing! The kids actually had fun. Thank you!
We had a wonderful, fun and friendly experience yesterday. Both my kids had cleanings! My youngest one this was his 1st experience at the dentist. He laughed as Mrs. Stephanie did his teeth! Our oldest loved the video while getting her teeth cleaned. She has to go back to get 2 cavities filled and is very excited about going back!!! This speaks volumes!!!
The office staff was easy to communicate and schedule with. The hygienist was very nice and informative. Gentle with my son and let him sit on my lap instead of making him panic in the chair. The dentist was kind and gentle. He answered all my questions respectfully and was very patient with my less than cooperative child. Over all i love this dental practice
This office is on of the BEST offices I have EVER taken My Children to. This Helps parents when they Love to go see Dr. Andy.. Thanks for always being up beat and helpful you ROCK!!!
Great care! My 4 year old daughter left smiling and begging to brush her teeth. From the train in the ceiling to the movies at the chair, whether interacting with the hygentist or the dentist, my daughter was comfortable and happy. Wonderful experience.
This wast 4 year old's first visit to the dentist. It started out wonderfully; the office was fun, immaculate, and inviting. After the newness wore off, my daughter's nerves took over and made it almost impossible for the staff to look at her teeth. Instead of being angry or letting frustration show, somebody volunteered to entertain my 1 year old, and our hygienist continued to work on my daughter. The staff is friendly and welcoming. My children love coming to their dentist appointment due to how kind and gentle the staff and Dr. are. I would recommend anyone to bring their children to be apart a wonderful experience with professional's who know what they are doing and are very patient too.
My son William is 16 and perhaps a little old for pediatric dentistry, but he is also low functioning autistic with little in the way of communication skills. So we were quite glad that Dr. Buettenmuller could see him within an hour when we showed up for the first time after referral from another dentist in Watertown. Thank you for your kindness, and we'll see you again soon.
