I’ve never been able to get a sick appointment. Always have to go to urgent care, so frustrating. We will be switching.
They only take “scheduled appointments “, according to their miserable, apathetic receptionist. And they refuse to accommodate their schedule for an EMERGENCY. I loved Dr. Villanueva, but will no longer be taking my child here, as reception has no concern for your sick children. It’s all about their precious SCHEDULE! This office is the best from the nurses to the doctors. We have been going here for six years and have never had a problem. Very efficient, trustworthy and all staff truly care.
