We love our son's Dr but the front desk is completely rude. Now looking for a new practice for my son!
We went through to family doctors before we got into Pediatric Associates and we couldn't ask for better doctors for my son and that's why they are doctors office that we go to for my daughter as well
I love our pediatrician but you can forget the scheduling staff. They schedule for times that don't exist. Then reschedule you for a time you never agreed to. Then cancel your appointment and tell you that you'll have to wait a month to reschedule because the doc is booked up. For their mistakes.... Not happy. They also never answer the phone or call you back in a timely manner.
Pediatric Associates have wonderful doctors, but we adore Dr. Tyson. Dr. Tyson has been taking care of Isaiah Chattos since he was 5.
Top notch staff and amazing doctors! We LOVE Dr. Heitzman!
