The doctors here are amazing! I have never had an issue with anyone at the office for the past 9 years of us taking our kids there until today when I called in the lady I talked to was really rude and I got hung up on.

Been going here for 15yrs!!!!! I’ve never been made to feel like my children were just another number until today!!! The Dr’s here are great, but the billing dept is awful. Rec’d 1 statement (they say they send 3) then a dismissal letter. Today is exactly 60 days from the start of this unknown balance...I had both of my children in the office during the time I apparently had this balance and NOT one word!!! Every member of the staff had been great except Dr. Carrie Barnes-Mulle. She refused to give our child the same care (proper prescription) that multiple other Dr.s at Pediatric Associates had prescribed our children because she just "doesn't like it, and I've been thrown up on when they got the medication". This resulted in inadequate health care, and many tears and sick fever filled nights for our two year old battling an upper respiratory infection. I love it here! Dr. Goist has been my daughter’s Pediatrician since day 1. She is amazing! On the times Dr. Goist wasn’t in the office and I had to see a doctor immediately? Everyone was also great! I highly suggest them 💞💞
All the staff members and doctors are very caring and pleasant with us every time I am in with my children!
We moved here from Florida and I was afraid that I’d never find a doctors office we would love again. Then I found Pediatric Associates; the office is always beautiful as are all of the themes in each room. My 5 year old daughter loves coming in to see Dr Tyson because she thinks he’s the funniest doctor ever.
