They where so good I was so happy that I found a,Dr close to my house kids love it too but now idk what's going on u can't see your child's Dr. U can't get an appointment only after hours and to top it off I was there last week just gave me allergy medicine when my daughter has an ear infection and now it's a new week and still has an ear infection. So to the hospital I will go. So she can get the right medicine so she won't be in pain anymore.
As always the staff was pleasant & provided good care. My daughter saw Dr. Junco : )
First few times were great!!!! Dr bustamante (who is no longer there) had a great relationship with my kids and wth me. He found my sons meningitis after urgent care and homestead hospital sent him home saying I was an over bearing mother. But now with bustamante gone this place is no longer worth the battle. I can never get in to see a doctor in the homestead office and when I do get in, the doctor just pushes my worries as if I don't know anything. My first experience was great. Visits 2-4 have gotten progressively worse. I will not be returning. If you decide to schedule an appointment, expect to wait in line to check in, they will lose your paperwork often (I have now given them my son's insurance info 4 separate times even though his info has not changed) and they may or may not have your appointment in the system. I've been taking my kids since they were newborn, my oldest is now 14.. I wouldn't trade them for any other! Great service, great people working there!
I switched my daughter after 9 years with the same Doctor. Brought all 3 of my kids to this doctors office with no regrets. Everyone has been nice. I don't know Suzette last name as I know her from when she was in training. She irks at this doctors office. She is super great. Mercy is super great too. Then there is a guy with an accent but I can't remember how to spell his name. I posted video of his involvement with my child and tagged the office.
