My experience at this office is always an unpleasant one.. From the long waits and the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff. They leave you in the waiting room for close to an hour of not the full hour.. just to bring you into the exam room and wait another 20 mins to be seen. The person that comes in the room.. has no clue why you are there.. I mean you should at least look at patient complaint so you can be prepared when going in the room. The wait till is extreme. I'm currently still waiting from 8:20am and still here (9:27am) after I spoke up and was lied to my face about the reason my son hasn't been called in yet. No organization in front desk. The line to check in is ridiculous. Currently looking to switch pediatricians. My sons dr left the office and no notifications sent home about it. Unbelievable. Disappointing. And done with this place. One to many times is enough.
So far ive been going with all 3 of my girls and i dont have a problem at all .

I love these people they know how to make you and your child or children feel comfortable, the nurses are wonderful, polite, and helpful. The place stays clean and sanitized and smells fresh, the doctors and wonderful especially Mercy Grandel, I wouldn't change doctors for anything in the world.
There's no other doctors office I'll rather take my kids to! Absolutely love this place. Every one is so nice, caring, pleasant and very helpful in every aspect. I recommend them to everyone I know��
The first Initial visit with Dr.Bustamante was great. During this past 2 years it has been HORRIBLE! Every time my son needs to see a doctor they can never see me the same day. They push me off to palmetto Bay or Aventura. I have walked in there and they check my sons temperature to see if he has a fever in order to see him, after i had informed that he took medication for the fever but has had it all night.
