I love Pediatrics Associates. The whole staff is super nice and I got to tour the office before my baby girl was born and was able to familiarize myself with their system. Dr. James Deleo is wonderful; he answers all my questions, is caring and professional. I totally recommend this office and Dr. Deleo !!!
I had the pleasure of speaking with the sweetest and most lovely representative by the name of Lavon. As I began to explain my frustration to her not only did she maintain her composure but she help me regain mine. I could only wish that the level of customer service she extended me was relayed more often. She is a true example of excellent customer service! Dr.Deleo and his Assistant Katina are always the best! I am also lucky to have Dawn Campbell always helping us out!
Dr. Maria Harnisth and Dr. Deleo are both amazing doctors.. we have nothing but wonderful experiences with both kids (1yra old girl and 6 yr old boy) and continue to love pediatric associates. Average wait times are expected, especially in such a huge corporation but, they get to you in a timely manner. Dawn Campbell is very friendly and always happy. The whole front desk is amazing. Dr Deleo and Katina was very good with my sweet cakes. Over all I never have a problem in this office. The staff are really good.
