I really loved Dr Harnisth,She is an amazing doctor. But the time waiting is horrible,I had to wait for 2 hours with my newborn to do lab work and see the doctor.Because the waiting I don't feel going back there.
I had such a positive experience with an associate from this Coconut Creek Office. Her name is Katina. I was in tears 30 minutes before because my newborn kept throwing up mucus from his mouth and nose and at times it seemed like he was grasping for air. Katina returned my call and was so nice and went out of her way to make sure I felt better. She relayed a message from myself to the Dr and then back from the Dr to myself. Dawn Campbell was super helpful. My son had an after hours appointment on sunday and the check out supposedly booked him a follow up at 830 the following Tuesday low and behold I get there ....no appointment. Dawn saw that I was frustrated and had to be at work and got me right in. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks Dawn! You rock!
Katina was very helpful in setting appointments for my children for back to school. It is great to call your children’s Doctor office and have someone ready to help and provide great customer service. I would like to say thank you Katina for all your help and going over and beyond to assisting me and my family.
I needed to urgently bring both of my kids to the doctor for signing a form and for a sick visit respectively, and Pediatric Associates staff worked to make it happen before my deadline. It was remarkable to see how all of them - the medical and administrative staff - aligned the stars to help us! This is my favorite location to come to. The staff is always so nice and friendly! My daughter wasn’t feeling so good couple of days ago and i brought her for an appointment and the check in staff made my daughter and I feel much better before actually seeing the doctor. Silvana in particular was so sweet and welcoming. She gave us an estimated amount of time before being able to see the doctor and we were actually seen before the estimated time! Love this office! The staff is amazing! Dawn is always very helpful! Dr. Virdee is the best! He takes his time and listens to you and your children. Love that he is not always looking to give my kids a prescription and move on to the next patient!
Love my Pediatric associates coconut creek office. Since the first day we came here they have been always so nice and professional. Dawn always welcome us with a smile remembering my daughter's name, so friendly check us in right away. The office is impeccable and all the nurses are really sweat and professional. And last but certainly not least Dr. Trinh Nguyen is amazing, she is carding, knowledgeable, very professional and always happy to see us. We couldn't be happier with our Coconut Creek Pediatric Associates.
