When to look at the 2013 phaeton today 5/11/17. Sales man asked if I wanted to test drive and said if your not to busy. He they were busy on the internet and walked away and I got no test drive. I couldn't believe it. I was from Sierra vista and we looked at it and liked it.
Once purchased for Pedata you left out in the desert with no support and no matter what issues you have it is NEVER anything they can do to help

I recently purchased a 2008 42' Monaco Diplomat from Pedata and everything went extremely well. Chris was my salesman and he took very good care of me. Don in Finance also was a big help. They made us comfortable making this purchase from 1,200 miles away and their description of the coach was very accurate, if anything it was nicer than I expected. There was no pressure Mr. Fain was my sales person and was a great help to me a first time rv buyer. He made the whole experience from start to finish very easy. The whole team was awesome I took my new travel trailer back to have them check that I had it hooked up to my truck property and they were very helpful.
Excellent sales finance and service help. Can't ask for better. Mitch McKie was great showing us the types of motor homes that we were interested in. Joe Wolaver was fantastic working with us on the financing even after hours.
we contacted them at the last moment visited early the next day and they put a rush on checking out and cleaning the RV and getting us all ready to go very efficiently. they were most helpful and friendly and we will be back when the time is right to upgrade once more as well as recommending them to family and friends
