I was very happy with my sales rep and finance manager. They bent over backwards to help me get to the price were I needed to be to get deal done. The whole process was a great experience.
Horrid customer service. Believed lies. Made trip from WA to buy "excellent" RV. Giant gash in couch. Wallpaper peeling off wall. Tires out of balance. Their lies will cost you. Careful.
Terrible experience, not to be trusted. Glad I found out before actually buying from them. I’m confident a purchase would have been a complete disaster.
Typical sales people, promise you many things, do not come through with any. Asked them to fix and nothing, never call back or tried to solve the problem. Did not switch a bald tire told me it was good never replaced a couple dollar latches. Made my expirience of buying an r.v sour. Not goin there ever
