The smell of burning was coming from my dryer and I had the technicians come out and look at it for me. Dennis, the technician, did a full service on my dryer and the vents. There was a problem with one of the vent connections and had to be repaired. Dennis did a great job and had everything running properly in no time.

He did the dryer vent cleaning with remarkable attention to detail, thoroughly examined the vent system, and clearly and simply presented his conclusions. In order to make the dryer run more efficiently and safely, he also concentrated on enhancing airflow, dryer efficiency, and fire safety. Everyth... read more

Excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Technician Parker answered all my questions and made the entire appointment stress-free. He handled the ac duct cleaning, explained the duct cleaning cost, completed pure air duct cleaning, and carefully inspected for mold in air ducts. I am very satisfied with the overall service.

They recommended routine dryer vent maintenance and performed a deep dryer duct cleaning that restored proper airflow. They also handled air duct maintenance and air duct cleaning, which improved indoor air quality significantly. The technician was punctual, respectful, and very thorough in their work. I appreciated the honest recommendations and attention to safety. My dry... read more
