Just moving into Pecan Ridge and had a few cosmetic issues with the apartment, the AC wasn't working to its fullest, and the lighting in my surrounding unit had a few bulbs out. In less than a week, the issues were replaced or are currently in the process of being replaced. They also were very thorough in keeping informed on the progress of the changes. I have had nothing but a positive experience beginning my leasing here.
