Been here a year and a half and love it. Great location. The grounds are green and lush and well kept. Walk to the top of the hill of an evening and be rewarded by a different stunning sunset over Lake Waco and the Waco Dam pretty much every night of the year. Planned to buy a house but would have to pay a million bucks to have this view! Easy and convenient to P.O., MCC, library, gas, and Shipley’s! Alli, Miranda, Amanda, Peter, and Juan rock! Only needed minor repairs but they’ve been handled same day. No regrets!
I absolutely love everything about these apartments. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. I love how they do raffles and games for chances to prizes. If you are looking to move into a great apartment complex, this is where you need to go.
Could not be happier living here! Been over 2 years now and love it. Office staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance is always timely in processing any requests. Would reccomend this to anyone!
Maintenance and management are are on top of things. Best customer service. Quiet complex.
We have lived here for almost two years and we really like it here. It is family oriented, and there are lots of trees. Come and see.
