Great affordable place to live! Moved here less than a year ago and it’s the nicest apartments we could find! They go above and beyond!
Lived here for 2+years, moved out a few months ago. It's a beautiful property, but not worth the price of rent, high utility bills, and the constant pest issues. There are places within a 5 minute radius that are cheaper, have bigger units, and no pest issues. Don't live here unless you've got no other options.
I have lived at Pecan Ridge for almost 3 years and I love it! Management is very nice and respond to my maintenance requests in a very timely manner.
