I've lived at Pecan Pointe for almost a year now. I could not be happier!! The property is nicely landscaped, my apartment is SPACIOUS and updated with modern amenities and custom designs. Unlike a previous reviewer, I've found he complex to be very quiet (located off the main road), I've never seen a pitbull or large dog on property, and the neighbors are diverse, friendly, and respectful.
