They are really pretty and spacious. The maintenance people are amazing. But the construction is the worse. Your apartment vibrate every time someone on the building throw the doors. That’s ridiculous. Our apartments is the second floor the person above us has zero consideration. We did have to complain and talk to him but nothing has change. We move a lot and have to stay even in hotels for long time and never have a complaint until decide to move here.

These some crazy guy that’s always out there yelling racist stuff. He threatened to hurt an infant children, He tells the residents he’s gonna F*#k them up as they drive or walk by. He apparently really hates white people. Temple PD has been called but refuses to do anything, maybe because he’s mentally ill or something. I’d wait to rent there until the staff can confirm he’s gone.
