Great Staff from the office to the maintenance crew.
These apartments are awful. Dirty. Loud... and the maintenance is a joke. Nothing gets fixed. The front office acts like they care but they don’t. Way overpriced. Not impressed. Don’t waste your money.
The staff (especially Josh), complex, and surrounding area was the best place I have lived.
Our moving experience with Pecan Pointe was very positive. Josh was extremely helpful during our move and patient. He answered all our questions and resolved issues if any. Because of his positive attitude we decided to move at Pecan Pointe. I would recommend Pecan Pointe as one of the best place to live in Temple Texas.
