I’ve been living here for 9 months now and Belinda really went out her way to help me get moved in and the staff is always friendly and here to answer all your questions. When I first moved in my apartment it had already been renovated and looked literally brand new with little to no issues my microwave handle was cracked and they replaced the whole microwave for me and fixed my sliding door. Maintenance even came and replaced my bathroom light for me when it went out bc I stay by myself and can’t reach it. Great Neigborhood... read more
Racist management and Tenet that constantly harasses you!!!
Racist neighbors, poor management , POOR QUALITY EXPERIENCE. Have other neighbors harassing other neighbors and they are allowing it ‼️

rude employees racist resident and staff.
The worst apartment complex in history. Moving there was the worst mistake of my life. The new owners have the most shadiest contract. My advice is to run as far as you can away from there. Don't be fooled by those move in specials. I could deal with Casey and Belinda. But that new manager that came in LATE August is horrible. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT THINGS DONT GET FIXED AN I CONTINUE TO GET THE RUN AROUND. AGAIN DO NOT MOVE IN NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE I ASK TO PLEASE FIX THINGS AN THEY SAY IM PUT IN A SERVICE REQUEST EVERY TIME. APPARENTLY NEW OWNERS BOUGHT IT AN IT HAS COMPLETELY GONE DOWN TO SLUMLORD.
I guess they blocked you being able to leave messages but I just moved here like 3 months ago I hate it the maintenance sucks and of course they use corona for everything so they tell me today they don’t have to come into my house and fix my AC because it’s64,degrees outside excuse me I don’t pay to stay outside I live in apt F10 and in here is 80 plus degrees needless to say they didn’t come and the manager didn’t come I just want to be let out of my lease and move so those of you looking for a nice place don’t let them foo... read more
