I just want to shout out the new Maintenance guy, Marcus. He is the first guy they have had that gets things DONE!! We finally have someone that is taking pride in this property and doing what they can to make it better for the people living here. I cant thank him enough, wish he was here a LONG time ago!
The new office and maintenance staff is AMAZING! Julianna, Daytona and the other young lady are professional, always courteous and get anything asked for done right away. Marcus is a good getter, an ultimate professional and oh so kind. Manuel too is pretty awesome. He's friendly, professional and a problem sol er. Sorry I do not know the names of the gentlemen who keep the dumpster area and grounds escalate. Bravo to the new staff for a job well done 👏
I would just like to say that Ms Kennedy Simes was excellent, her customer service was overall a 10 out of 10
