I highly recommend you find somewhere else to live if you’re looking into renting here. Terrible terrible management and maintenance staff. Can never get any help, no one in the office knows what they’re doing without the property manager being there. The maintenance crew never responds to work orders; lived with a nasty leak in my kitchen sink up until the last three months of my lease and it caused bugs and fruit flies. Rick has great customer.
I am only doing 2 stars because all in all its a quiet place to live. My biggest concern is that water bills are being charged to my account after I have paid my rent and it should be in with the rent. Also its August and I have a water bill listed on my acct. for April to May. I have asked before why is the billing like this no direct answer. My roof has a leak in it have reported since the like February of this year I have to put a garbage can on top of my fireplace which is embarrassing. Not only that pest control fees ar... read more
