I have lived at Pebblecreek for several years now and love it. The apartments are a bit dated but the staff keeps everything in good repair. I would definitely recommend living here

PebbleCreek has been a great home for my family and I. The neighborhood is the best, with everything in walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful, fixing anything that needs fixed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
I am a current Pebblecreek tenant entering my 13th year. When people ask me why I've lived here so long I ask in return, "Have you lived elsewhere?" Fair rent, utilities mine for 2 br 1 bath is level $72 mthly, central SW location (Battlefield and Fort), provided up to 1 gb Internet Service, quiet, excellent management, continually making improvements to the grounds and buildings, well-kept pool, etc. Usually a lengthy waiting list to move in, does that summarize the "Why for 13 years?"
Pebblecreek is a beautiful and well maintained property with easy access to James River Freeway. Located near the intersection of Battlefield & Kansas, it is a quiet, pet friendly complex with lots of green space. Amenities include a pool and tennis court as well as partially paid utilities and free high speed internet. I am looking forward to my 5th year living here.
