Bradford Park Apartments has been my preferred location to call home for the past few years due to the way we are treated here, that is to say, very well. A very nice pool, and ideal dog walking locations. The interior is comfortable and spacious enough for as long as we call it home.
I have lived in these apartments since July of 2024. I absolutely love the quiet atmosphere and the friendly neighbors! As a pet owner, I love all of the amenities for your pet!! The dog park is new and clean and always a good space! It is so quiet and serene here. I love my deck and being able to sit out on it in the evenings and enjoy the birds chirping.
Good location, close to plenty of businesses and restaurants. Its proximity to National Ave makes road noise a bit prevalent during heavy traffic. However, the units and grounds are reasonably spacious and fairly well-kept. The pool is very refreshing during the summer. The included gigabit internet has proven consistently reliable, with few outages that I can recall. Pay-by-phone laundromat is convenient and was refurbished only a couple of years ago. I have lived at Republic Palms for 2 years. Quiet neighborhood that is close to shopping and restaurants. Nice apartments, spacious 3 bedrooms.
My name is Tina. I have now lived at the Oak Court apartments for 6 years. Overall, it is a good place to live. The property and units are well maintained overall, though the staffing is limited as far as maintenance and office members go. For example, it can take a few weeks for maintenance requests to be responded to, and there is currently only one office attendant managing not only this property, but another within Republic. May 2026 update : Average apartment but affordable (Going up more and more every year though - if it keeps going up, it won't be affordable anymore.) Pool, laundry room. Convenient location, generally quiet. Lots of office turnover and corporate-y / evasive responses ("can't do much for you", "that's a third party app", " I just work for Wooten, you can contact them but they won't take phone calls", etc) Maintenance is usually responsive to general fixes when staffed ~ Jen F

I live at Delaware and primrose for 16 years, it is a very good location I feel very safe. The staff takes really good care of everything here. I recommend living here
