I love my apartment I love living next to all the stores in the area, everything is so convenient. My apartment is so nice and cozy. This is my first Apartment, and I can't thank the staff enough for helping me chose the perfect apartment. I will recommend this place to my friends and family for sure.
Great place to live Pebblebrook Apartment is a great place to rent! The location is perfect for accessing Downtown Hartford, and West Hartford Center, as well as being close but not too close to the wealth of shopping centers along the Berlin turnpike and the Silas Deane. Bad place to live I have lived here for year and half, I have experience all kind of crap such as stolen tires which cost me 3800 bucks out of my pocket and office manager or office works can't do anything about it won't even let me break the lease horrifying. Once a week i have someone knocking on the door to see I'm home or not and turn the knob I'm scare to live here , also upstairs fight once in a while called the office about it but they didn't do anything about it they said " call the police " which didn't solve anythi... read more
Poor place to live U get what u paid for not a quite place to live lots of thefts office workers can't do anything for my property lost and when I complaint for too much noise from upstairs all they say was "call the police" they still live there and still fight . Even polices are retarded here don't come here
CCSU Student: Upgrade from other off-campus housing offers near CCSU. Still in my first year living at Pebblebrook Apartments, but I plan to stay for a second. If you can find 3 people to fill a 2 bedroom, you'll be paying a lower rent than the majority of ill-maintained houses and apartments surrounding CCSU that's rented out to students by sketchy landlords. For what we pay, it is SO much nicer than what's on Stanley street, Anise st, Hillcrest ave, Allen street, etc. However, the management at Pebblebrook is not the best.... read more
Poor Customer Service/Follow UP I lived there from 2012-2016 While the property itself is a good value, the office staff is incompetent. Understandably there is high turn over in those roles, but each subsequent associate is as poor as the last. They are consistently terrible with customer service and follow up. Get a receipt or written documentation for everything! Humanity Wins here I love living in Pebblebrook apartments. I will not talk much about the interior and design as we all know this apartment has been built nicely. The most beautiful and convincing part of this place is that people of all communities(from different regions and religions) are living together here like a family. Great place to call home I have lived throughout the state of Connecticut. Pebblebrook apartment far exceeds my expectations all of the time. The rental office staff are great and the property is quiet and safe at all times.
Great Location Location is perfect for the busy always on the go individual. You have shopping awesome restaurants all within 2 miles distance, there is a great park right behind our complex as well as Central State University. There is a swimming pool, fitness room and tennis courts that are very well maintained.
