I'm going to 10 years living in here! I read many reviews, good and bad, from this place. This one is mine. In all these years I might had gone to complain about something at the office maybe 3 times. The staff was different each time. I really like the enviroment, location, the fact that include most utilities. My apartment is comfortable, and when I needed maintenance to take care of something they got things done next day (if I call late). Don’t do it. This place is horrible. Worst place ever! Over priced and cars are either getting towed, rims stolen, catalytic converter stolen. There’s a towing company that regularly comes and tows cars. Catalytic converter got stolen and every thing is going downhill from here. Can’t wait to move out.

Great apartments Cheryl is the best been living here for 2 years now and my family and I love it. Down the street from the mall and there’s is a lot of shopping center around the area. If you plan on moving here you will not regret it. THANK YOU CHERYL YOUR THE BEST!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE Worst apartment complex we ever stayed in. Bugs. Incompetent nasty workers. Poor apartments .overcharging , add nonexistant fees terrible terrible place

Great experience I feel great knowing that my son lives here. His apartment was very clean with a great kitchen and new tile in the bathroom. Big shout out to Cheryl in the leasing office, she has been nothing but professional, helpful and very understanding.
New Residents Me and my husband recently moved here and so far it is great. The apartment we moved in to is well maintained and we had no issues with appliances. There has been one snow fall and maintenance was on it cleaning the parking spot right away. The only issue is the parking. It does get tricky finding a parking because many cars are parking multiple cars in the area of the building even ones that do not live in the building. Save yourself the headache. This is one of the WORST places I have ever lived. They DO NOT care about their residents. At all. They lack in communication; they treat us like trash. Something is wrong? They won't email, call or text they'll leave a letter in your door and hope you'll find it at some point. I have never hated property management so much. Fantastic experience! I just signed my lease to move into Pebblebrook in August and could not be happier! The management made the application process easy! They answered any questions I had and made me feel very welcomed. The complex is beautiful with many fantastic amenities including a on campus gym and laundry room in every building. The apartment is very roomy with lots of closet space. I can’t wait to begin my new chapter at Pebblebrook!
DO NOT MOVE HERE There is no security in this building to patrol in this area considering there are multiple reports of theft and damage to vehicles. The staff is very rude and some buildings have rats and roaches. They raise their rent with out any accommodation to the tenants and overall a poor decision to move here please do not live here.
