Excellent experience! I recently signed a lease on 4/1 and couldn’t be more happy. The process of applying and leasing was an excellent experience. Office staff was incredible and helpful throughout the process. Very communicative and friendly, able to answer all of my questions. The complex and apartment are beautiful, many amenities that make it worth. Pebblebrook’s location is perfect because it is central to everything and I have convenient access to highways. Very satisfied with my experience.

great hospitality We just recently signed a lease with Pebblebrook and our leasing agent Erica made the process effortless. She answered every question you could possibly think of and made us feel so welcomed. She was extremely caring and patient with us through the entire process. Thank you Erica!
Good starter apartment I lived here for two years. I like that it had enough parking, laundry machines on every floor, residents are friendly, maintenance staff responded quickly, and it's an excellent location for stores and highway access. The front office has been inconsistent in attitude and the mail situation was unacceptable. Packages would end up in the main office, your lobby, or another building. You would never know which, even if you checked the tracking info. There needs to be a new system put in place to improve... read more

Great service! I recently moved in here and when I walked into my apartment for the first time I was given a roll of toilet paper, a new plunger, a new sink stopper in the kitchen and ice cube trays. These items may seem small to some but it was such a grand gesture to me. I’ve lived in many apartments and never received anything extra in the apartment. Amazing ! When looking for a simple one bedroom I was gifted with the opportunity to be guided throughout the process by Erica. Erica was not satisfied until we were approved and finally moved in. Her hard work and dedication has made our stay here at pebble Brooke an amazing experience !

Good in some instances Ive lived here for a year now and i have many complaints about this property. 1st of the maintenance people are always sluggish when it come to fixing thing that you call about if they even come to fix it. They are also very rude I had one of them laugh in my face because i told him he missed a spot and he could not see it he called the supervisor and he apoligized for the person but was still defending him saying that he was probably laughing because he was nervous. 2ndly I asked for an updated apartm... read more

Subpar and Mediocre After living there for multiple years, I noticed a lot that we had originally turned a blind eye to when we first moved in. The management is wonderful and a great location when you factor in the Target and the Costco right down the road. However, unless you want your car tires stolen, I don’t think you should live here. I didn’t have it personally happen to me, but there would be multiple days within a week when I’d get home and find a car sitting on milk crates. Nice place to live PebbleBrook apartments is a nice place to live I’ve been here going on 2yrs now and love it! Sheryl in the office is an Assist to the company she’s awesome to deal with!!!! love having the pool area and gym, I highly recommend it, it’s definitely a safe place to live...
