They send the repair guy who lies and purposely ruin your equipment when you get second opinions to find out your equipment only needed minor repairs and tell you buy new equipment and then they sell you new equipment and they wonot want take back what they sold you ! Fraud alert !
10 years a customer, they sent me a wrong order and then charge me shipping to get it back. Not the charge is the problem but the concept. Also rude on the phone. Disappointed.
We have used Pearson dental supply for a long time. Anthony is always a great help with ordering things. i would give 5 stars but i feel like they need to carry more items in house instead of having to order from L.A. besides that i have had no problems with them.
Beware! They intentionally DO NOT fix equipment. As quoted by a technician to me. Doc, we are in the business SELLING and NOT fixing equipment. Call Burkehardt...honest but you pay higher on their service call. Compared to spending thousands of dollars on equipment cost.
