I needed to have one of the nose pads on my glasses fixed, and the gentleman at the store replaced them both for free. What a wonderful service !!! I recommend this business highly, as personal SERVICE is something others do not provide. The product and selection is also awesome, as I am still wearing glasses I got from them years ago.
Couldn’t be happier with not just the service but pricing. Versace product can be difficult to work with however this place made it simple and affordable for me. Thank you so very much for amazing customer service and always prompt on giving me answers right away.

My mom's arm of her glasses came apart from the frame. So we needed some repairs. My first stop was Specsavers in Hillside Centre. The young women in there didn't know much and suggested we take them back to where they were first purchased (Mayfair Optometric) many years ago. So, Pearle Vision was right across the aisle from SS and I dropped in there. A woman named Trinity - plenty of experience here - served me and within minutes had the glasses fixed.
