A word of caution, folks. New owner, new staff, so don't expect the same wonderful customer service that you are used to. I took my eyeglasses in for repair with the same breakage issues as before, and they won't repair them. These were a Pearle Vision purchase. They are out of warranty; however, this was never an issue before. I and my family will use a different optical shop from now on. I was a Lex. Pearle Vision customer for about 25 years.
So you have earned a customer for life. After a whole day fighting with my insurance company about my coverage you guys made it all better . This location is under new ownership and the new owner is as good of a guy as someone could be . The old owner has moved on and I think that's for the best . Thanks again for taking care of me when I needed my glasses to drive my kids on vacation . Keep up the great work!!!
Owner Denise Fridenmaker and staff at Pearle Vision are fabulous! They have a great selection of frames and the serive is fabulous. They understand how to take care of customers!
