Answer or return you calls! Called 3 days ago for my daughter's contacts prescription, had to leave message. No call back after 3 days. What's going on with you guys? I also had to walk out from our last appointment after waiting over 90 minutes. You have some serious scheduling and communication issues.

Outstanding customer service, Eye Doctor was outstanding also, best service ever.
My husband and I both went in to get prescription sunglasses and they told us it takes about 5-7 business days and that was two weeks ago,we called to check on the status this week and that’s when they informed us that they messed up my order and it’s gonna be another week or two before I can pick them up...word of advice...Don’t go there if you are in a hurry!!

Went in for our appt today starting @11am , walked in and was asked may I help you, I say yes my family and I have appts today starting at 11 , she grabs her face and said someone should have called you. The doctor cancelled and we dont have a doctor here today but we could see you tomorrow. I informed her I confirmed this appt yesterday. She stated he tried calling you, I said no one called me nor did anyone leave a message if they had. She said sorry we can reschedule you, I said are you serious! Dr. Spear was super nice and caught on to the fact that my child "wanted" glasses but didn't need them. He told her in a way to not hurt her feelings and me in a way that my 8 year old wouldn't understand.
