Went to Pearl Vision in Kentwood to shop for frames for my son, we were greeted by Joseph (Joe) and he was of great help. When I went back to complete everything and purchase the frames I was able to work with Joseph again and even purchased frames for myself. I had a great experience there and feel that Joe made all the difference. I do feel that the other staff could take a page from his book and be more welcoming.

I called to order contacts on March 17, 1 box of 24 Quinn helped on the phone he cahrged my credit card and said the contacts would come in within a week. So today the 25th i still did not got a call so i called and talked to a lady (forgot her name) she was pleasent and tried to help she said she found the order on the 17th but contacts didnt show up and she was going to check on it and call back. Few hours later Quinn calls me back and tells me that they got over looked and didnt get ordered! All they will do is order them... read more

Hey...stay clear of the Pearle Vision on 28th street. An error made by them will now cost me $42 if I want my contact prescription filled. I'm done...would rather pay triple for great customer service than deal with them again. Stay clear...
