No fault with the optometrists. The rest of the experience has been a nightmare at best.
RecommendedThis was the best and longest exam I’ve ever had. And, I Iearned new things about my eyes...even though I was referred to a specialist. We talked about personal things and I truly feel they helped me pick the most flattering glasses. In fact, I’m buying two pairs from them! The staff is amazing!
Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Still waiting on glasses almost two weeks after when I was told they would be done.
Don't charge me $35 for retinal photos if you're still going to dilate my eyes! Also when you say it will be 10 min for the drops to take effect you do not bring another patient back and start their exam.
As a new customer, I was very pleased that I was able to get a same-day appointment on a Saturday, and a very thorough exam with Dr. Ensminger. He took the time to answer my questions and go over my Optomap with me-explaining everything he was looking for along the way. He went above and beyond to be sure to get my contact prescription just right for me. Both of us have various complex vision issues. Jacob was extremely helpful, suggesting lense features to mitigate many difficulties. He was supremely patient with our questions, and very kind. He assisted us in receiving the best benefit from our insurance. We ordered a total of five pair of glasses. We are very happy with all of them. Thanks to all the kind staff who helped with fitting and frame selection. Everyone was so nice.
I have been trying to order two pairs of glasses from Pearle Vision for over a month. First, they put through an insurance claim for my order before I authorized them to do so. Then when I stopped in to actually order the glasses, it has been an absolute nightmare ever since. I have initiated numerous phone calls trying to straighten things out.
