I had a kinda bad experience at pearl vision center in wsp when I got my glasses , well they treated me like I wasn't a human after I showed them I had MA for insurance it was like they didn't have time to help me, them when I picked up my glasses they just gave them to me without making sure they fit right so now I have to go back and have them fitted right , would of been different if I paid cash!!!!!!!
I previously purchased a pair of glasses from this location in West St. Paul, MN because this Optical provider brand name is preferred by my insurance EyeMed. I stopped by on Aug 24, 2013 at approximate 3pm to have them adjusted and to also look for frames for my minor son. Upon arrival we were greeted by a young, slender, spiked hair caucasian male with medium size gauges in his ears.
