Where is the zero stars? Jim has been trying and is the only one to get high marks. Called today to ask where my glasses are. (Over a month) Find out they are the same incorrect lensed glasses that have been sitting in the store. Got hung up on after I state that since no one but Jim is trying I guess I need to contact the BBB and the attorney General to hopefully get my glasses! The customer service here is terrible. There is absolutely no communication between the people who work here and the customers. They broke my friend's glasses and did not even tell her that that happened until she called to ask why it was taking them longer than expected to be finished. Don't go here!!
The absolute WORST customer service I have experienced in my life. My frames were broken during a lens change and they sent me glasses with different frames over a month after the incident. RIDICULOUS. Also the manager offered me my broken frames when I asked her for the correct product and proceeded to hang up on me.
The customer service here is poor. I would advise taking your business elsewhere as I also know others with the same experience.
Very poor service. Please do not treat customers with disrespect. Please don't go here my friend was treated so poorly. Shocked this happened, especially in Minnesota!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Recommended it to a friend and they not only lost her paperwork while she was still in store but obviously forgot to send order to lab. Took 3 weeks to get her lenses. She left store and forgot to ask for her old lenses and she called back within 15 minutes and they said they couldn't help her and that they already thru them away!! District manager was no help either.
I would give zero stars if I could. You would think they would stand behind the products they sell, but they do not! Don't go here!! The customer service is horrible!!
