I loved my experience with this PEARLE VISION. I was taken in for my exam right on time. Everything was explained to me so that I understood all that was going on. Please ask for Julie when you go in. She was very helpful in my decision about what frames looked best on me. I am very happy with what we decided on. My husband and I went in for exams, glasses, and sunglasses. Everyone was super nice and I loved the variety and personal attention. The 5 star rating is for Patrick and Julie. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and gave great customer service. We got the best deal and will be back for all of our future needs thanks to them
My wife and I came here and had an absolutely awesome experience. Patrick and Julie were super helpful and made sure we left happy. I would recommend this location highly to anyone who is in the market for new specs or an exam.
The manager was helpful but that's about where it stops. Staff people for the most part have very poor people skills and do not know how to talk to their customers. Bad attitudes, snotty and snobby. I'm a 25 year plus degreed quality assurance proffesional. I know customer service and these people don't know how to supply it. My father-in-law before he passed away owned one of the areas top optical companies so I know a well run store when I see one.
