I was on vacation and my son had forgotten his contacts at home. Pearle Vision really helped us out when other optometrist clinics wouldn't. They were awesome! !

First off i got a appointment within a day was supposed to go to the Ferndale office ended up at the royal oak office and was helped by a Lady name Dee and she was the nicest lady ever she literally had my eyes checked and got me my glasses within 3 hours so nice and will definitely be seeing her from here on out!
Approximately three weeks ago we set up appointments we call the Royal Oak office the girl that answered the phone told us that we needed to go online and make our appointment because they didn't accept our insurance after 4 o'clock but they would if we made the appointment online. So one day prior to the appointment I get a phone call not even 24 hours notice to be told that they are cancelling our appointments and they need to reschedule them Kama because they pull the insu...Continue Reading
