Very bad experience! Recommendedthe customer service is always amazing. It takes me awhile to pick out glasses but they always help and never rush me. the exam process is fast and easy, the doctor is amazing, and the person who checks me out always helps me as well and makes sure I have the best experience. I would 100% recommend pearle vision

I was treated very poorly by customer rep & office manager. I have been patient for Dr koon here for past 3-5 years I believe. They rescheduled my appointment & when I went they couldn’t find my appointment & couldn’t see for my lens exam. So instead they blamed me & were extremely rude to me saying I was 10 mins late. I admit I was late by 5 mins or so. Every Previous appointments I have waited more then 10 mins to see the doctor!!! Foolish employees! I will find another eye doctor.

Walking in you are greeted by a happy smiling staff! Everyone is knowledgeable and the Doctors are so thorough. The staff takes time to guide you through the amazing selection of frames. You can also pop in anytime and get your frames adjusted!
