These are the rudes, disrespectful, insensitive, unprofessional people and dismissive I've ever met. I will never use this vender again. Corporate office needs to visit this facility to conduct some customer service training, Sensitive and workplace etiquette. Don't spend your money here, please. 4 hrs for an exam on a handicapped Vietnam Veteran. Just sloppy. They even have the balls to post a sign for 1 (ONE) hour service on most glasses.
