Literally, the laziest, most ignorant, most despicable group of employees I’ve ever met! Number one rule in business: the customer is always right. They obviously do not know, or maybe understand, this rule. They definitely do not know how to apologize. Nor do they know how to call their customers to let them know their paid for products are in. I am highly dissatisfied with this pathetic place, and encourage you to take your vision business elsewhere.

Eye Doc is fantastic and thorough. She checks on you special Vision needs and ensures they are accounted for in the exam.
My 13 yr old was nervous about getting glasses but Dr. Castleberry was the BEST and the whole experience was wonderful!
The Doctors and Staff are true professionals. They have a great inventory of the newest and very fashionable eye glass wear for the whole family. My family has been a patient with them for almost 7 years now, highly recommend.

My buying experience was great!! Thanks to Melissa W. Glasses started to slide off my face. Took them back for adjustments. Still didn't work very well. Got them adjusted a second time. Hurt the back of my ears and rubbed my nose raw. Called back to speak to Melissa because she has been the only inviting person there. Got the run around. She's busy, but not one time did the other person ask if they could help me�Will be returning them today, because the customer service needs a lot of work. (All except Melissa)
I have used Pearls Vision in Athens for years. However, this past August will be the last time I use them. Mainly because of a fill in doctor named Dr. Farhad Kapadia. Terrible beside manner and doesn’t do thorough eye exam and writes incorrect prescriptions.
