I picked my glasses, and was told they were the same frame I already had. The ended up being a tad bit smaller, so I asked them if they could re-order the correct size. I told them I wanted the same exact frame. The color was on back order, so they suggested I order a solid black, but assured me they were the same. They are not, the material they are made of cannot be adjusted to fit my face and they are far too tight. I paid $300 for glasses I cannot wear and they refuse to help any farther. RecommendedVery fast and efficient with check in; I was nervous about my visit in the midst of this pandemic and staff made sure I felt comfortable and took extremely safety measures in sanitizing and cleaning. My first visit here, but I will be back!
