The manager Katrina or who ever her name is is a total fraudster, moved to Columbia area in 2014 after being a Pearle Vision customer from St Louis...never again..going to Sam’s Club where they respect you.

RecommendedI wish I could remember names, but the young woman who helped me was wonderful and very patient. She was great at helping me pick out a pair of frames and suggesting what would be good for my face. I will definitely come back for my next pair of glasses!
I was treated very poorly by customer rep & office manager. I have been patient for Dr koon here for past 3-5 years I believe. They rescheduled my appointment & when I went they couldn’t find my appointment & couldn’t see for my lens exam. So instead they blamed me & were extremely rude to me saying I was 10 mins late. I admit I was late by 5 mins or so. Every Previous appointments I have waited more then 10 mins to see the doctor!!! Foolish employees! I will find another eye doctor.

Portage Michigan. They have the most absurd hours and scheduling practices. No one answers the phone, and their voice mail is always “full,” but you can’t pick up your glasses (that you already paid for) without an appointment. And you better be sure you can make that appointment it between 9a/3p mon-fri. Or maybe that’s not true... maybe I just think they close at 4p because the voicemail always SAYS I’m calling after hours... WTFK?
Pearl cancelled/rescheduled my first appointment. Nothing wrong with that. Received a text the day before my rescheduled appointment reminding me to fill out paperwork online and doctor would see me the next day. Drove an hour only to be told no doctor and the appointment was cancelled. Very poor service.
Overpriced and the woman who measures for frames was rude. Sorry that you have to wipe the frames down but if you are going to charge $500+ for glasses that I can get anywhere else for $300 then we will try on as many frames as we want.
They are completely incompetent and I will never again use their service again. They failed to package up my left prescription contacts. Why open the bag, when they gave me plenty of trials to last me a while including glasses? I've tried calling and leaving message after message. Finally, I managed to talk to a real person.
