Our appointment was Thursday September 18th, the minute we walked in the door we were pleasantly greeted. We were very impressed with the doctor, the nurse was very professional and Brittany was very helpful with the final process of frames and lenses. Today the 21st we received an email informing us that our glasses are ready.
Very friendly fun experience, getting older trying to stay on top of my vision condition. Never been to a Pearle Vision before only used only private offices before. Exceeded all expectations, and I get my new glasses before the OU game Saturday. Thank you Brittany, and Alyssa for making this such a positive experience. See you next year for my already scheduled visit!
I was at pearle vision and my experience was the most pleasant time. Everyone was very polite and curious and very helpful. Dr Claborn was the best made sure I was comfortable and sure of my exam.
Just bought 2 pair and Brittney was awesome! Will go here from now on! They don't have as big of a selection of glasses as Visionworks but their customer service MORE than makes up for it! They said my glasses would take a week to get in. They were in 3 days early!
I will NEVER use their service again. I order my glasses on June 4 and they told me it would be about 7 to 10 days to receive them, but unfortunately when I came to pick them up they weren't ready because the lab that they use did not let them know that there was a mix up with my prescription, neither did they(pearle vision) call me.
