After months of not seeing correctly with the new lens, went back to optometrist I have been going to for years. My prescription from Pearl said -4.5, when it is really-3. Got new lens now can see and my eyes are not tired.
Fantastic. The staff was really helpful. When I walked in I was immediately greeted. One of the staff members printed and explained my insurance benefits so I knew what I would be spending as I was looking.
I had been to PV twice before in last 5 yrs, was fine. This last time, spring 2017, the manager? assigned a red-headed young man (forgot his name) to help me. He had absolutely no interest in helping me, did not try to assist me in making a decision in which type of discount program/insurance would be the best for me to use in minimizing my cost, didnt talk to me unless I asked a question. I walked in without an appointment just to look at frames. They had me sitting in the doctors chair in 5 minutes. Examined my eyes and had me ready yo pick out frames in no time. Having a bad day and feeling rushed that day, I gave a bad review. Now that I stop and look back, these prople were nice and friendly. They took care of my needs and they deserve a great review. So when your having a stressful day, be careful and dont take it out on others.
Went to Pearl Vision for a long over due check up. The customer service was great I appreciate the great assistance that I received from Tyler and Alyssa during my visit. The doctor was great, informed me of everything I wanted/needed to know.
