My wife went in to get some bleaching trays made at the Proctor office. The tech that did her trays had to make them twice (wrong compound) and in the process of fitting the molds hurt my wife's neck. She told the tech to ease up, but to no avail. She let the office manager know of her experience, and she blamed my wife. Now my wife is banned for speaking out. No customer service here, and in all my experiences this is unbelievable.
