Horrible horrible horrible customer service!! Causing a scene pretty much calling a customer a liar because she asked questions about her prices and service she received is ridiculous. They may be okay at doing nails but are severely lacking interpersonal skills!
Best nail techs and best service have been going here for years!!! Ann, Tori & Jennifer are #1 and always do an amazing job!!!!
Poor service, waited 2 hours before I was ever seen. The workers started on people who came in after me before us then they would go to the back and didn’t come out for a long time. I won’t be giving this salon my service anymore. And on top of that, my nails look like crap!
I absolutely LOVE going to Tori!! She takes her time and does a fabulous job! Love this nail salon! So kind and sweet even when they are super busy!
Best nail and spa experience hands down! Even when it's late and they are tired, you're still going to get excellent service!
