Best nail salon and spa in Central LA. I’ve strayed a time or two but I always come back because no other salon strives for perfection like they do. They are detailed and meticulous and I always leave feeling pampered.
horrible wait time, poor service, polish old and will not dry correctly. I refuse to wait 1-2 hrs for service. I hate when you start service after waiting 1 hr to get mani/pedi they do pedicure then tell you you have to wait again for someone else to do manicure. I will never go back. maybe calling the health dept on them.
Yes it takes a while BUT WELL WORTH IT...
I love them. They do a great job with my nails. Their place isn’t overpowered by the smell of nail products. They are a busy place and you might have to wait a little bit but it’s worth it. Please don’t get mad with waiting because they are busy and nails take long to do if you want them done right. They are an amazing nail salon and I would recommend them anytime to anyone.
Tori and Ann are amazing nail technicians. They are friendly and fun and always make our visit enjoyable. I want quality work so I am willing to wait... and even expect to wait. Too many rude people come into this business expecting and even demanding they be helped immediately. That's not how it works, ladies. If you expect quality, you wait for them to finish giving that same quality to others. Calm down. It's a SPA. Relax. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Pearl Nails!
I have always went here and never had a problem, they can do eyebrows very good but with this being the only nail shop that I have went to I didn’t notice they did my nails incorrectly, it is sad when I have to have another nail shop tell me they didn’t do my nails properly, I went to get a refill at another nail shop and the lady tells me that my nails shouldn’t be done that way , that because of the way they did my nails my refill wouldn’t look right , they are always super busy when I’m in there and that’s fine if you kne... read more
I'm new in Louisiana. Just moved here 2 weeks ago. I decided to take my daughter's with me for their first nail salon visit. I came in and only wanted to get me and my 2 daughter's toenails polish. When we first walked in, the workers and customers were looking at my kids and I like we didn't belong there. RecommendedI want go anywhere but Pearl Nails. I recommend them all the time.
I absolutely love Ann, Tori and Jennifer! If you want an amazing manicure and pedicure, dip polish/acrylic, they are fantastic. There is a wait, but the pampering and phenomenal job, is worth it. I have tried other salons in the past, but nothing compares or even comes close.
