Worst experience I've ever had. I have been coming here for a long time and have always loved getting my nails done here. With that being said I will NEVER come her again. One of females here doing nails, not sure of her name-jacket said Ann, was so rude and ugly when I tried to ask questions about gel nails. let me say I have been going to pearl form day one and yes at first they were not so busy as word got out that they were amazing it took off and got really busy but busy or not they do a wonderful job.. if you are in a hurry don't go bc you have to Waite it is worth it.. set back relax and in joy it.. love love love them guys.. all of them ...

While some do a good job, some can't understand you so it is hard to communicate, they yell across the room to get someone to interpret. So happy going there while Nun was an employee, he understood what I wanted and suggested new things, after doing my pedicures and manicures. Don't know why he is not there any longer and it's none of my business but when you have been going there for years and are so pleased with the end product, I really want Nun to do them. The workers are always never on time it's ridiculous!! Great nail work but they come to work when they feel like it .. going elsewhere
