The staff is always polite and pleasant to deal with .Dr Ibi. Is is well informative and very knowledgeable.I love working with Kailey she's a gem ❤️❤️❤️
This is one of the worst doctors I have ever gone to. Dr. Ibidunni Ukegbu just making money off of Insurance companies. The Doctor is very rude. Not a professional organization. They have a nurse, receptionist not sure of her title name Ashley the only professional person in that office. Be aware of those injections she is giving for weight loss.
Dr Ibi is concern about her patient’s history and background, she asked a lot of questions, which is very important to me regarding a weight loss program. If something doesn’t work, she quickly follow-up with alternative. Since being on/following the program, I lost not only weight, but inches as well, my cholesterol went down, and my overall health feels good. Everyone in the office has excellent customer service!
Dr Ibi is simply great! She really cares about her patients. I got great results with weight loss and it did not take much time. Dr Ibi gives you straight talk. If you listen to what she tells you and actually follow through, you will get great results.
I was very hesitant in selecting a Primary Dr. in Texas I had lived in Florida for 6 years. I had a fantastic Dr. in Florida and I really doubted that I would be able to replace her ever. When I first met Dr. Ibi I felt her very sweet nature in other words she seemed very interested In my history.
