Despite the fact that I am a new patient, this office managed to fit me in my schedule .I had a lovely experience with Dr Alex . Everyone involved was very welcoming, warm, and thorough. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable by any means. Dr. Alex take his time, pay close attention to detail, and even care to educate you. he is amazing Dr and I recommend Dr Alex to anyone and I am pleased to have found him.
My experience here has been amazing! I feel like I get the best service when I’m here, and they do a great job overall. One of my favorite parts of going here is that I always feel well informed before any procedure or check up. Everyone here will answer my questions and make sure that I’m fully prepared for anything. It’s something little like that which make it easy to keep coming back.
My family has been going to Dr Alex for a couple of years now. We are so glad we finally found a great dentist that not only has a wonderful staff, but doesn’t try to talk you into treatment that you don’t need. We had bounced around dentists for years trying to find the perfect fit. He’s now stuck with our family for years to come!
I have had great experiences with Pearl Dental. Both times I’ve gone I’ve had a great dentist and hygienist combination. Everyone is very professional, and the outfit is high-tech as they come. But most importantly for me, the staff is very understanding and kind, compassionate and patient. They explain everything, answer all questions and hang in there when the patient needs a minute or two (or more!)
Every trip there has been an amazing experience. The entire staff is friendly and fun to be around and I can honestly say that I look forward to going back. Also, Dr. Nancy is truly a pleasure and if happen to be her patient ask her for some restaurant recommendations because she's got some good ones!
Dr. Alex and the entire staff at Pearl Dental are friendly and professional. Dr. Alex explains the procedure before starting and is attentive to a patient's comfort level during the procedure. This makes every visit a pleasant experience. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
I was having some pain on and off with one of my teeth, a molar in the far back of my mouth. And Dr. Sienna was the only one who could figure out what was causing the pain. Turns out I had 2 infections and some bone loss all around it. She got my tooth out without causing me any pain and was so quick about it too! Plus you’ll love the beautiful office.
I’m so happy I found this place! Dr. Nancy, as well as Dr. Alex, and their team are phenomenal! They are so friendly and professional. They are top-notch dentists and they made me feel so comfortable that I almost forgot that I’m at a dental office. The practice looks also very nice, they even have TV screens that allow you to watch Netflix while you’re getting treated. How awesome is that! I also like that they are using state of the art technology. I look forward to seeing them again for my next teeth cleaning!
