Just moved in and I was estatic prior to moving in. I'm here from Barcelona, Spain and I was seeking something that would take the pain away of being away from home. So far, it's been great. Can't wait to use the hot tub and gym.

I love living at Pearce! My apartment is so modern and I love all of the amenities! The gym is my fave! It feels like a resort! Plus it is located in a really convenient location!
I enjoy this community. It is wonderful with so many friendly people. I don't understand the poor reviews.. as far as apartment living.. this is the nicest community I have lived in. If you don't want to share a community with others, best to buy a house with a large yard out in the country. We truly enjoy our doggie neighbors as well! I am enjoying my home here until we get our house.

Bill was very helpful with finding the best fit for my living needs. And was very friendly and sweet to my family when they had questions and viewed the apartment for me since I am currently out of the state right now! Very excited to move in and learn more about all the great features!
