These apartments are great! Community events are wonderful and the staff is so nice.
Yes the apartment is wonderful and the maintenance staff is great. The office staff has changed more than the average person changes their underwear. The residents do not follow the community rules. Particularly the no smoking, valet trash and picking up after their dogs.
Living here for the past year has been excellent! The staff is the best I’ve been around, helping at every turn. During Christmas I went home but forgot something medically I need. They went to my apartment got what I needed and overnighted it to me! Wow that says it all. The place is awesome too, tons of great amenities, I love it.
Living at the Pearce at Pavilion is fantastic. The best amenities and incredibly wonderful staff especially the manager, Bree. She multitasks with top quality finesse when assisting each tenants. She cares and it certainly shows.
