I stayed at Alden Apartment for almost three months, and my experience was excellent. The apartment is comfortable, well‑equipped, and very well maintained, offering everything I needed for a smooth and pleasant stay. The positive is that the location was good for my purpose in being here. A quick drive to where I needed to be and across the street from Harris Teeter was convenient. Also, working with Mark Franklin to arrange my stay was a pleasant experience. However, for what I paid for one month I expected a more. Have the windows washed, replace the master bedroom mattress, put some drapes in the master bedroom to block out the amount of light coming in from the two street lights right outside those windows, offer reserved parking for... read more
House got flooded and Peak Suites got me a short term rental right away to include furnitures and all necessities. I really appreciated that they came up big on my emergency.
